OBSERVATIONS

The shape resembles a small device, although the image resolution is not sharp enough to confirm any details.

POTENTIAL FOR AN ARTIFICIAL OBJECT

​Three or four radial spokes appear to encircle a turbine-shaped structure.

COMMON EXPLANATION

Odd-shaped fragment of rock or sediment.
