OBSERVATIONS

For such a bizarre and strikingly unusual shape, why oh why was this object not investigated by the Curiosity Rover?

​POTENTIAL FOR AN ARTIFICIAL OBJECT

​Geometrical proportions. A triangular-shaped object which culminates into a perfectly circular end.

COMMON EXPLANATION

An optical illusion caused by perspective. Odd-shaped rock or sedimentary material.
